Tarot Writing Workshop

In this two-hour workshop (2:30-4:30 pm MST), we’ll utilize Tarot to flush out the unnecessary elements in your writing and focus on the important aspects. We’ll draw cards together and learn Tarot spreads to help shape our story’s focus, set our intentions, and pull our pieces from abstraction into creation. From there, we will work on the following:

·  Abstractions drawn from our card pulls

·  A free writing/automatic/spirit writing exercise focusing on our memories/subconscious

·  Finishing with image touchstones

Beginner-level Tarot experience is recommended. A Tarot deck or Oracle deck (if you know how to use it as a replacement for Tarot) will be needed. Any genre is welcomed, along with any level of experience.
